  • The products shown on the NAFAR website are offered for sale within the limit of available stock and under the conditions of sale specified on the Website.
  • NAFAR reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the Products displayed on the Website.

ORDER POLICY

  •  At the time of delivery, you may return a product if there are damages to the item and if the fault is on our end. Returns are not guaranteed without photo evidence of the damaged item. Returns cannot be completed due to change of preference for the product. We shall not be able credit or replace any items which have been kept beyond a period of 1 hours.

DELIVERY

  • Out of Doha we charge QAR 20 on each and every perfume.
  • All delivery times are only estimates and shall not be guaranteed.
  • We offer a standard delivery service which aims to deliver the goods within 1 day, however no guarantee is made by us.
  • We not directly send send to post office boxes P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

PAYMENT

  1. CASH on delivery.
  2. At the moment we don’t accept Credit card, Debit card or any cheque.
  3. We will not process your order until payment has been received.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE, CHANGE AND CANCELLATION
